Sandeep did diploma in Mechanical Engineering from SES Polytechnic Solapur.He owns Bachelor's in Production engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur.

Sandeep has about 2 decades experience in initial plant installation, startups setup and ERP Software implementation. He worked for Karera Industries of group from Italy for a specialized investment project for Solapur Textile Park.

He worked for Textile, Garments, Jewellery Manufacturing, Bricks Manufacturing, Sugar Factory to name a few. He also associated with a team that does ISO Certification work.

Sandeep is techno savvy and takes most out of every electronic gadget. He bargains old electronic devices like anything. He also has good knowledge of material procurement for various types of industries for initial setup and ongoing. He looks after the local sales & after sales at Intellisoft.
